All my family portrait sessions include a gorgeous big framed print of your favourite image from the shoot, then we design your own artwork collection on top of that to suit you.

The Welcome Pack

A gorgeous printed welcome pack will be delivered in the post 4 weeks before your shoot date. You'll get an overview of the process, as well as a seasonal style guide and a full product guide. (This little beauty makes a lovely little gift to unwrap for that special someone if you're looking for the perfect gift.)


The Design Consultation Call

This is a scheduled meeting we have 2 weeks before your shoot. This can be done via zoom or in person at my studio. We dive deeply into the details, storyboard images you like, chat about styling, locations, timings and of course I want to hear all about your horse and what you get up to together.

All these details are pulled together to create and make a plan to bring your dream portrait session to life.


The Portrait Session

Your portrait session will take place a location (or two) of your choice. I usually say it should take about 2 hours, but there's no time limit. There is also no limit on the amount of horses, dogs, or people that can be involved. We will do a few outfit changes & different locations to create a huge variety of stunning images for you to choose from. I always like to save a bit of creative time at the end before we finish, pushing the boundaries and creating something totally different for you. Everything we do on the day will be super fun & relaxed, I want you to have the best day with your horse.


The Private In Person Viewing Session

The cherry on top of this experience. The grand reveal of all your wonderful images.

You'll come to my studio and view a lovely slideshow of all your images. We will then go through and pick out your favourites, designing the artwork collection of your dreams. I'll have all my samples to hand so you can see them in real life, and we can design anything you'd like to purchase on my digital software so you know exactly what the finished product will look like. You can choose from matted prints, frames, multi-frames, a stunning album or the digital files themselves.

FAQs

How is your photography different to other people?

Your memories are precious and you should get the most out of the time & money you invest into a portrait session.

A portrait session with me is more than having your picture taken and downloading them onto your phone, it's an exquisite experience that is crafted just for you. From the design consultation call where we plan your dream photoshoot, right through to the private in-person viewing session where you can turn those moments into pieces of art that will last forever. I will guide you through the whole experience so you are left with images and products that bring you unbridled joy.

Your memories are precious and the photoshoot experience should match that.

What happens if it rains?

No one wants soggy images of themselves, I completely get that. I always do a rain check the day before, so if we need to reschedule due to weather, we simply do just that.

Can I have multiple horses/dogs/family members?

Of course! I don't charge for extra horses, dogs, or family members. The more the merrier if you ask me! Just let me know how many four-legged & two-legged family members I can expect so we can plan accordingly.

What is an in person viewing session?

All my images are revealed in person. This means you come to my studio 2-4 weeks after your shoot and I'll show you a gorgeous slideshow of all your images.

This is so you can view your images at their absolute best. With all my samples to hand we can create your dream artwork collection that will bring you the most joy out of the time and money you have invested in this experience.

Your private viewing takes approximately 2 hours, and we will design your whole artwork collection during this time.

Do you do a payment plan?

The £100 non-refundable booking fee is due upon booking to secure your date, with the shoot fee balance due 30 days before. Payment plans for additional purchases at your viewing can be discussed.

Do you travel?

I travel all over the UK & beyond for photoshoots. Travel within 2 hours is free of charge, anything further within the UK will incur a £120 travel fee for mileage and an overnight stay. Please get in touch for overseas travel charges.
