Beth, Trent, River & Olive

I just love working with this lot. I've been lucky enough to work with them a few times over the years as Beth has slowly added to her crew. Her lovely baby conny from Ireland, Trent, and the latest addition, Olive, her dalmation puppy. Of course we also included River who is just the best girl to photograph.

We decided to go for early morning for this shoot, and actually I must admit this really sparked a love of morning photoshoots for me. If you're willing to get up a little early to be prepared then I highly recommend going for this time of day.

We started off with doing some images of Beth and Trent on their own. We chose a cute little black dress and boots for this and went into the long grass field out the front of the yard. I'm really chuffed with how this set turned out, especially with the pastel colours of the morning.

We swapped to a gorgeous stripey t-shirt and jeans and headed over to the school for another set. This felt like a good and safe place to introduce the dogs for a photo of all of them together.

Once we got the shot, we did a quick jumper change and head back into the log grass with just the dogs. They had a great time running around and playing in the grass.

To finish off, after baby Trent had had a snack and a breather (very important for the younger horses to just do little bits at a time), we got him back out, did another jumper change and did a few more of all of them together on the driveway with a little help from one of the liveries on the yard.

When we got together at the viewing, we created a beautiful 3 in 1 for Beth. Her wall space is definitely filling up with photos from our shoots and I think she's going to need an extension soon! 🤣

No such thing as too many gorgeous photos of your dogs and horses on the wall in my opinion!
