Now then... This was totally dreamy. There are many things that contribute towards a great photoshoot.

Location, styling, gorgeous horses & dogs... And this one definitely had it all.

This shoot was split across two locations, Jenna's farm where both her horses are stabled, and then her brother's house, which was a short drive away.

We started with something a little more casual at home. I like starting at home as this is where horses feel most comfortable. It just helps everyone ease into it when you start at a familiar place.



We started off with her gorgeous Chestnut Gelding, Joey, then added her grey mare, Daffodil into the mix as well. We did a few images of the horses separate and together, and even included sausage dog, Buddy, before heading over to our next location.

We kept the outfit quite casual for the first location at home. We started on the walkway and the edge of a gorgeous hillside. Jenna styled a gorgeous pink shirt, gilet, jeans and boat shoes, and then onto a smart riding outfit for some on the driveway and in the stables.

We boxed up to the next location and went for a few different outfits here - layering up jeans with capes and blazers, and another short dress and long boots option. You can really see how adding accessories really levels up each look throughout this shoot.

I always tell my clients it's not possible to bring too many clothes, I love to see all their favourite items of clothing to make up outfits that not only make them feel great, but look great on camera as well - plus going through different wardrobes gives me inspiration to go and buy things for myself!
