Penny, Sparty & Billy

"I saw all the wonderful photos that you have previously taken on your page and after meeting you in January and having a friendly chat it led me to my decision of booking. I was worried how the pictures would turn out and was actually nervous that I wouldn’t like many. I couldn’t believe the result and I loved them all.

It was a perfect day and nothing was stressful or rushed, we all settled in straight away after just a few photos being taken.

The in person viewing was amazing! The studio is stunning and watching a slideshow of all the photos with beautiful music over the top made it perfect.

I enjoyed wearing my favourite outfit with my older boy knowing that I was making special memories that would last a lifetime. We definitely got an amazing result and I just cannot believe how beautiful the pictures look.

I am over the moon with the pictures and I am constantly looking through them on my phone.

2024 has definitely been the year of the birthday gifts, and honestly what a way to celebrate turning 21! Penny has two special horses, her older boy, Billy, and newest member of the family Sparty.

We started on her livery yard in Hartshorne, Derbyshire. The yard was really beautiful and provided a huge range of gorgeous backdrops for photos. We used the drive, fenceline, school, hacking route and the paddock.

A short hack away was a beautiful series of fields, filled with buttercups. Penny mentioned this is where her and Billy have a lot of fun together, so it was really important for us to go up there and take some images here as well.

Wow it was stunning, just a sea of buttercups and wide open space.

We did photos with each horse individually and together, with a range of outfits as well.

Keeping everything relaxed during my shoots is of the utmost importance. We want everyone to feel comfortable so their true personalities shine through, and the images are authentic and timeless.

We created a gorgeous 6in1 frame for Penny as well, which sits proudly on their living room wall to enjoy every day.
